3. Account Management

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Additional banking options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank may be available subject to operational status.

• Maximum stake limits, maximum win limits, and minimum bet amounts may apply to specific markets or games and will be displayed at the point of wager.
• Live cricket betting markets are settled based on official match results as recognised by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). Results that are subsequently reversed due to player suspensions or regulatory decisions after settlement will not result in bet resettlement unless specifically stated in market rules.
• Game outcomes for slots, live casino, and crash games are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or certified live dealer procedures. tko9 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering: Using tko9 to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) and other relevant authorities.
• Fraud: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment credentials, or making fraudulent chargeback claims constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
